Cole Slaw (vegan and gluten free)

thinly sliced green cabbage

thinly sliced red cabbage

shredded carrot

finely sliced scallions


sauce

Chalula  Hot Sauce (dash)

Vegenaise

Your favorite mustard (I love spicy brown)

red wine vinegar

sea salt and pepper to taste

You can add beans to this as well to make it hardier, or if not vegan add some shredded cooked chicken. Add some toasted sesame seeds or raw or toasted pumpkin seeds as well for a nice crunch.
