Gluten Free Dairy Free Egg Free Pie Crust

Modified from Flying Apron Cookbook

Pie Crust

1/2 cup brown rice flour

1/4 cup hazelnut or almond flour (or other nut flour)

1/2 tsp xanthan gum

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 cup coconut oil (cut in ---or melt and chill dough before baking)

1-2 TBSP maple syrup

1-2 TBSP cold water (to make dough come together

you can also add 1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract if desired

you can also add 1/2 tsp citrus zest if desired

1-2 TBSP cold water (to make dough come together

Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes or til edges are browned
